Recording a Voicemail Greeting

How to record a greeting:

1. Select Messages.
2. Scroll down to greetings and press the speaker icon on the right. This will open an new menu.                                                                             

In that Menu:

3. Select Record.
4. Enter a greeting name.
5. Press “Call”, this will call your extension and then follow the prompts to record a greeting.                                                      – Once complete it will show up in the greetings list. Press done.                                                                                                                                                                     

6. Then select new greeting from drop down menu (Near Step 2) and Save.
